Air flow meter sensor cleaning solution Liqui Moly 200 ml Special active solvents for quick and easy cleaning of sensitive components in the air flow meter sensor of gasoline and diesel engines. The cleaning solution is characterized by very rapid evaporation and no residues. A dirty hot wire or a hot plate from the air flow meter sensor leads to incorrect readings for calculating the fuel/air mixture. Starting and idling are thus negatively affected, engine performance is reduced, and fuel consumption is increased. Additionally, dirty sensors from vehicles with automatic transmissions may have shifting problems. Recommended for gasoline and diesel engines.   Instructions for use: Disconnect the electrical connections of the flow meter and remove the sensor. Apply the solution generously to the dirty components of the flow meter, such as the hot wire or hot plate, and allow the dirt to drain. Do not touch the sensitive components of the sensor. Allow the solvent to evaporate completely before installation. This operation is recommended with every air filter change and whenever problems arise.
