Your Consumer Rights in the European Union

As an EU consumer, you benefit from consumer protection rights under applicable European Union legislation, including the right to clear product information, secure online purchasing, the legal right of withdrawal, and the legal guarantee of conformity for eligible products.

For online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the products, subject to the applicable legal conditions and product eligibility.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) allows consumers and traders to resolve disputes outside court with the assistance of an impartial dispute resolution body. ADR procedures can be easier, faster, and less expensive than court proceedings.

Consumers residing in the European Union may contact the consumer protection authority or an approved ADR body in their country of residence for additional assistance.

European Consumer Centres Network

For cross-border purchases within the European Union, consumers may also contact the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), which provides free information and assistance regarding consumer rights and cross-border disputes.

Romanian Consumer Protection Authority

Because Xenon Bright is operated by a Romanian company, Romanian consumers may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).

Important Notice Regarding the Former ODR Platform

The former European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued by the European Commission in 2025 and is no longer available for submitting new complaints.

Consumers are encouraged to use the available European consumer redress information, national consumer protection authorities, or approved ADR bodies.

Our Approach

We believe that most issues can be resolved directly and efficiently through communication. Our goal is to handle every request professionally, fairly, and in accordance with applicable European consumer protection rules.
