The 3M ™ Perfect-it ™ II backing pad enhances sand scratches and other paint surface defects. This 5-1/4 inch wide single-sided wool pad is designed for use with 3M ™ Finesse-it ™ polishers. It attaches to a rotary pad with the 3M ™ Hookit ™ attachment system for quick and easy changes, as well as reattachment.

The 3M ™ Perfect-it ™ II wool pad is made from 100% fine wool fibers sewn onto a durable polyester backing. The dense height of 68 inches distributes and applies material evenly and consistently, refining scratches and paint surface defects.

More aggressive than the foam pad, wool dissipates heat much better, leaving working surfaces cooler. The natural fibers of the pads are tapered, do not mar applied materials, and leave smaller scratch marks. This pad is pre-washed to reduce lint.

The Hookit ™ attachment system makes attaching, detaching, and reattaching to the rotary pad simple and provides a secure connection even in heavy-duty applications.
