The new EXOv5 formula makes water spots and road dirt easy to remove, offers excellent resistance to all chemicals contained in washing solutions, and prevents the appearance of micro scratches - all thanks to the composite siloxane technology used in the design of this coating.

It produces a glossy finish with a warm appearance, extremely hydrophobic.

Unlike previous versions, EXOv5 has a consistent film that is more durable and resistant to road salt and the chemicals contained in washing solutions. Additionally, the application has been improved, making it easier due to the longer curing time that allows for a perfect finish of the product, and more economical, as you now only need a single layer of the product.

All the qualities listed above combined with the introduction of a good degree of resistance to micro scratches make EXOv5 an innovative product, whose formula represents a significant step forward in Last Surface Protection (LSP) technology.

Application Information:

EXOv5 can be applied independently (without a previously applied ceramic protection layer) or as a top layer for Gtechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer or Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (CSL) – for paints that scratch easily and for dark colors, we recommend applying C1 or CSL as a base layer, as it will increase the durability and resistance of the protection.

If applying over C1 Crystal Lacquer, the layer of EXOv5 should be applied after at least 4 hours, but no more than 12 hours, from the application of C1.

If applying over CSL Crystal Serum Light, the layer of EXOv5 should be applied after at least one hour from the application of CSL.

How to Use:

• For application, ensure that the vehicle is out of direct sunlight, is completely dry, and will remain in the garage for at least 12 hours after applying EXOv5. Do not apply at temperatures below 5º C.
• Degrease all surfaces using Gtechniq Panel Wipe and a Gtechniq MF1 ZeroR Microfibre Buff cloth - apply Panel Wipe directly on the cloth, not directly on the bodywork – (if applying over freshly applied C1 or CSL, this step is not necessary)
• Shake the bottle well and wear gloves
• Put a sufficient amount of product on the AP2 applicator, so that it is saturated
• Apply with overlapping motions on an area of approximately 60cm x 60cm. Wait 1 - 2 minutes after applying to the element and polish with a clean MF1 cloth, followed by a second MF1 cloth to remove any spots or streaks and to achieve a slick surface. Only one layer of product is necessary.
• Allow EXOv5 to cure for at least 12 hours before exposure to moisture
• After application, we recommend not washing the car for at least 7 days
• Store in a cool, dry place. If you have opened the bottle, you must use the product within 3 months. If you have not unsealed the bottle, use the product within 12 months
• Avoid direct application on plastic trims, rubber, and hard plastics (such as headlights and taillights).
