Nanolex Si3D BC Ceramic Protection – Coat Base 30ml

This semi-hydrophobic coating incorporates all the advantages that come with today's glass coatings, while adding to their performance and durability with its key feature; flexibility. The Si3D BC coating is very suitable for layering, thus providing an outstanding finish.

Si3D BC has been developed to essentially act as a primer or base coat under Si3D and Si3D HD. It is designed to facilitate application on extremely soft, painted, single-stage, and otherwise troublesome paints.

The hard, amorphous yet flexible layers combined with straight, balanced, reticulated structures ensure both the desired flexibility and improved bonding strength simultaneously.

Unlike conventional silane-based coatings, where volatility reduces crystal formation during conversion, the sophisticated Nanolex Si3D BC formulation provides solid, strong, and extremely dense glass layers that actually increase during the curing process.

The carriers used for glass and ceramic precursors are safe, non-aggressive solvents that evaporate slowly, ensuring compatibility with freshly painted vehicles and sensitive paints, alongside the simple and hassle-free application of the product.

How to Use

Important! Before using special products (such as coatings), make sure to wear appropriate protective equipment! We always recommend using Nitrile gloves and working in a well-ventilated area or using a mask.

Temperature: apply between 5-30 °C, avoid direct sunlight or high humidity

1. Apply directly to all covered surfaces. The surface must be dry and free from any contamination or dust. Use Nanolex Ex before application to remove all oils/fillers and dust. Change microfiber cloths frequently.
2. Shake well before use. Apply 5-10 drops on an applicator pad. Work well in a cross pattern without pressure. Make several passes to ensure you spread the product well. Remove new microfiber cloths immediately, do not wait more than 3 minutes before removal!
3. Keep the surface dry for at least 12 hours at room temperature. Do not wash the car for 72 hours.
4. Curing can be accelerated using infrared heaters. Using the heater immediately after application can dramatically increase the hydrophobic result!
