This key case is delivered with an uncut key blade, which must be cut by a local locksmith; it does not include (transponder chip/battery), and the internal components of your old key can be placed inside - no programming is required.

Remove the internal electronic components (including the immobilizer/transponder chip) from the original remote and place them in the new key case; you can do this yourself, it is very easy.
