🛠️ Important information before filling out the warranty form

To ensure that your warranty claim is processed quickly and correctly, please read the following instructions carefully:

✅ Required documents:

• Purchase invoice issued by www.xenon-bright.com;

• For products that require specialized assembly (e.g. car bulbs, LED projectors, modules, cameras, alarms, displays, etc.), it is also mandatory to:

  • The installation quote issued by an authorized car service

⚠️ Essential conditions:

• The product must be within the warranty period indicated on the site at the time of purchase;

• The warranty is valid only for individuals, according to the law;

• Products that show traces of water, moisture, oxidation, mechanical shock, incorrect assembly or improper use are not subject to warranty;

• The shipping costs for sending and returning the product under/out of warranty are borne by the customer.

1. You will receive a confirmation email with your claim number.

2. The Xenon Bright team will review your claim and send you product shipping instructions within 1–3 business days.

3. Send the product along with the required documents to the address provided.

4. Your warranty claim will be processed within 7–30 business days, depending on the complexity of the product.
