🔁 Important information before completing the return request

Before filling out the return form for Xenon Bright, please read the following instructions carefully:

✅ Essential conditions:

• Returns can be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

• The product must be:

  • In the complete original packaging

  • Free from signs of use, assembly, damage, or dirt

⚠️ Important warnings:

• • We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery (COD) or with shipping costs payable by the recipient. These will be refused.
  • Customized products, made to order, or those showing signs of use beyond what is necessary for verification cannot be returned,
  • Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping.

By pressing the submit button for the return request, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Xenon Bright return policy.

What happens after submitting the request:

• You will receive a confirmation email regarding the registration of the return request.
• The Xenon Bright team will review the request within 24–72 working hours.
• After the request is approved, you will ship the product to the return address indicated above, using your preferred courier service.
• After shipping the package, please send us the shipping confirmation along with the tracking number issued by the courier service, so we can track and identify your return as soon as possible.
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases where the product was delivered incorrectly, is defective, or the law provides otherwise.
• After receiving and verifying the returned product, its value will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, when possible, or by bank transfer.

📦 Return shipping

After completing and submitting the return form, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the return address below, using the chosen courier service.
